Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • No “Cooling-Off” Period: The 14-day “change of mind” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: While You may not be able to return goods once delivered, You can cancel the order for a refund before it has been dispatched, typically within 24 hours.
  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: If the perishable items arrive rotten, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality, You have the right to reject them and request a refund or replacement.
  • Time Limits on Faulty Goods: Because the goods are highly perishable, You should report any issues to Adrian Oliver Chocolates within 48 hours of delivery

 

Conditions for Returns

There is no returns policy as the goods sold by Us are highly perishable. If You are not satisfied with the goods sold, please get in touch with Adrian Oliver Chocolates.
