About Me
After I completed my City and Guilds catering qualifications, I went on to study patisserie and competed in several competitions that gave me a great background in all things sweet. To further my career, I started working in 5* Hotels and fine dining restaurants. Gaining skills and knowledge in all areas of the catering industry.
I had to give up my career because of ill-health that lasted over 10 years, and I am only now rediscovering my love for all things food, particularly making and creating chocolate bonbons and truffles.
Whilst I was ill, I began making chocolate truffles for friends and family at Christmas, birthdays, and celebrations. After receiving many encouraging comments and suggestions, I began to explore the world of creating and designing chocolate bonbons, wanting to focus on traditional flavours that reminded me of some of those sweet treats of my childhood.
My Mission
I hope to bring modern stylistic designs, using the finest quality ingredients and sustainable Belgian chocolate.
Although I still have much to learn I am excited by science of chocolate making and what it takes to create those melt-in-the-mouth explosions of wonderfulness.
My second passion is environmental issues and how the smallest things can help us look after the planet for many more generations to come. To that end, all my packaging is recycled and recyclable materials without using any plastics – from the sticky labels to the postal boxes and parcel tape.
There is beauty in most of what we throw away and recycle, which complements the delightful sustainable chocolates that you find inside.
Everything Homemade
All chocolates are hand-made in my home kitchen, using the finest quality ingredients. There are no artificial additives or preservative instead taking advantage of natural colours and flavourings.

“Absolutely Divine!”
As I removed the postage box the wonderful smell of chocolate permeated my senses. Beautifully presented each one has tasted absolutely divine.
